I’m starting a mastermind and would love to get your best tip for what has made your previous masterminds successful.
Please add your best tip (or tips) to the comments of this post.
Thanks!

I have been in several. Paid TOP dollar too.
The best thing is to not stick to a solid deadline format.
Let people network and share with some structure.
Only allow TOP marketers in the group.
Make it FUN as well as business.
Sitting in a room for two full days can be draining.
Those are few ideas I have taken away from my previous experiences.
Getting people to actually show up to the mastermind always helps.
get a solid assessment of what each of the members skills and resources are, as well as what they are willing to contribute of/from those skills/resources.
use a private chat room if at all possible – skype is a decent alternative
set up a private blog for the group. this way if you have members that are in very different time zones contribute, as well as creating an archive of the dialogs.
never take the whole mastermind thing to seriously! some create (massively), some help cement friendships, some just never get up to speed.
